Shipping Policy of Coastal E-Bikes
Designated Shipping Regions: Coastal E-Bikes ships products within the contiguous United States (CONUS). At present, we do not extend shipping services to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
Shipping Timeframe: Order processing may take up to three (3) weeks. Following processing, the estimated delivery time is between three (3) to five (5) business days. If your order has not been received within fourteen (14) business days, please contact us at info@coastalebikespcb.com for assistance.
Shipping Costs: Coastal E-Bikes is pleased to offer complimentary shipping for bikes throughout the contiguous United States.
Signature Requirement: Our high-value e-bikes are shipped with a mandatory signature requirement to ensure secure delivery, available for an additional fee of $10 per bike. Delivery personnel must obtain a signature upon delivery. During the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, carriers may use visual confirmation from the recipient as a substitute for a physical signature. The signature requirement does not extend to non-bike items. For comprehensive coverage, customers have the option to purchase Extended Shipping Insurance at checkout, which can cover all items in an order.
Preferred Shipping Carriers: Orders from Coastal E-Bikes are dispatched via FedEx.
Limitation of Liability for Shipping Issues: Coastal E-Bikes is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit by FedEx or other parcel services. Should your order be mislaid, damaged, or stolen while in transit, you are encouraged to select the “Signature required” shipping option. Additionally, damage to the exterior packaging does not necessarily indicate damage to the item itself. In such events, customers should promptly file a claim with the carrier. Our Customer Service team is available to assist with any product-related concerns.
